I came across these ridiculously fabulous pumps at Cutesy Girl for under 10 bucks. Score! Multicolored shoes are a great way to introduce a little color to your outfits, or you can use them as a base for mixing and matching stuff. I chose to highlight the gray for this look, working it into the bag, accessories and top - something cute for the office.

The stacked bangle look is definitely one of my faves and today I found a gang of cute bangles at Claire's! I love mixing different colors and textures. It's a great way to add a little zing to an outfit - something young and fresh and funkeh. :P The wood complements this leaf print shift dress nicely (a steal from Walmart at under 20 bucks). Beach fashion basics

I have seen many a fashion crime committed on the beach - loud neon prints, excessive layering, crazy cover-ups, jeans (oh yes). So if you're shore-bound this summer, take it from your resident beach bum, beach fashion is best kept minimal.

I found a great guide to swimsuit shopping for different body shapes at SheKnows.com, but if you're confused about colors and prints and "creating illusions" to cover stuff up, remember that black is always best. One of my best buys ever is a classic black string bikini (if you only ever own one bikini in your lifetime, this is it!) - never goes out of style. I generally try to stay away from anything with any hardware. O-rings will be so last season sooner than you know it.

As far as footwear goes, flip flops are the only way to go. Leave the gladiator sandals at home love. The same applies for bling bling and handbags. A simple tote bag is all you need.

Short shorts are always cute and you can leave them on in the water if you're shy. Otherwise, go with bermudas (knee length) or a pretty sun dress.

Cute top from YesStyle. This isn't the most flattering color on me, but I want this! It'll go well with these skinny jeans I got from Wet Seal last year or even a pair of capris or short shorts in the right color. For this look, I'm thinking lighter shoes and accessories to keep it mellow, but of course you gotta glam it up so silver and rhinestones sounds just right. Hehe. The Enzo Angiolini shoes are half off on Amazon, low-key but still really sophisticated and a good offset to the dark jeans.

I rarely spend 50 bucks on a pair of jeans but when they're this damn good, how can I resist! Low rise and snug fitting on top and super wide on the bottom is just how I like 'em and the vintage blue lightweight cotton makes them ideal for even the hottest of days. Dress them down with flip flops and your fave graphic tee or up with a cute pair of sandals and a pretty top.

Found a great dress at Walmart for under 20 bucks that would be great for work - simple, conservative yet still very sexy! This is a great piece to dress up and you can get it in khaki or coffee which are excellent mix and match colors. I went with the lighter khaki for summer and thought I'd sass it up with some strappy heels from Michael Antonio. I've featured these before and I still think they're hot. Found them in beige on Amazon.com on sale too! A matching satchel is the perfect complement. Love this one from Liz Clairborne. Like the dress, it keeps simple, refined lines. A pair of large tortoise shell sunglasses and gold earrings completes this "rich bitch" look - for under $100! ;)

Wow! I just loved Cosmo's Bohemian Rhapsody fashion feature! Definitely a smokin' hot look for summer! So for my fellow financially challenged fashionistas out there, lets break it down. The key elements are prints, shoes and skin! Choose a more fitted bottom and a flowy top, short shorts and mini skirts are a must! And the shoes are freakin' vital people - pick out a strappy sandal wedge or heel, the taller the better coz this look is all about showing off your fabulous legs. I put my cheapy version above together for under $105. Not bad considering you can just change up the top and earrings and have a whole new look. If anyone knows where I find more cute tops like this, do let me know!
